Lola's Beach Cantina is a one-of-a-kind, family-owned, Authentic Mexican restaurant with an upscale vibe that offers unique dishes extending beyond traditional authentic Mexican cuisine, as well as a wide variety of handcrafted cocktails and spirits. 11am-10pm Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher As a Kitchen Steward, you will work alongside our energetic team of Kitchen Staff to deliver picture-perfect dishes for our guests. This position is great for those with limited experience who may be seeking a part-time (or first-ever!) job to gain experience working in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing premier guest satisfaction and experience Maintain compliance with Health Department regulations Support "back of house" operations by performing a variety of tasks that include cleaning, organizing, sweeping, & mopping Ensure the front of the house is adequately stocked with clean and sanitized glassware, plate ware, and silverware Ensure the Chef, line cooks and prep cooks are adequately stocked with clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and equipment Assist team members by performing miscellaneous tasks, such as breaking down cardboard boxes and garbage disposal Support the business' second year growth by exceeding customer expectations, actively seeking feedback, and reporting to management, when necessary

Requirements:

A passion for amazing Mexican & Latin Americans cuisine A high level of situational awareness and willingness to learn Live within commuting distance Attention to detail Daytime and evening availability Willingness to work 25-40 hours per week Ability to stand for extended periods and lift object weighing up to 80lbs Positive attitude / team-oriented mindset ~ Why Lola's Beach Cantina?
