Listening, learning, from all of us regardless how long we have been in the food and beverage business bring the experience to move ahead Responsibilities & Qualifications Two + years of experience of full-service prep is required Experience working in a smaller venue is ideal Knowledge of dish machine/3 compartment pot/pan system is in place Knowledge of set up the kitchen line and salad/dessert Responsible for keeping the kitchen walk-in/refrigerators organized All dry goods must be kept organized and rotated. We receive produce/stock 3 to 4 times a week. Tuesday& Wednesday are delivery days. Kitchen attire is a white/black/grey tee shirt, or you may wear a chef coat. Jeans/Tan Cotton Pants with non-skid shoes/booths for work. Plain t-shirts only, no "message printed" on t-shirts. Please no current drug or alcohol issues.
