Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, energetic and upbeat, self-motivated and disciplined. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. via both machine-assisted and manual washing methods. You will also ensure that all relevant machines are in proper working order and that the operation is stocked with necessary chemicals. He/she will ensure that glassware, tableware, plates, etc. are stocked appropriately for colleagues' use. He/she will assist in cleaning kitchen areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be timely and dependable. Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation standards are met for glassware, tableware, smallware's, utensils, etc. Maintain a scrupulously clean, appropriately stocked, mechanically well-maintained workspace. Support BOH staff in their duties. Assist in preserving a safe and secure work environment. Follow all safety requirements and training with the dish machine. Consistently meet all best practice standards set in employee handbook and during training. Qualifications
