Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, such as organizing supplies or handling basic food items Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with catering and banquet teams to manage large volume dishwashing during events or special functions Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing, cleaning, or food handling is a plus Experience in banquet settings or catering environments can be advantageous for managing high-volume dishwashing tasks Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Dishwasher and help create memorable dining moments!
