Responsibilities Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation and service Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service hours to support smooth operations Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and station setup Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and dishwashing areas to meet health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service needs Assist with catering events or banquet setups by providing clean tableware and assisting with light cleaning duties Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards at all times Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
