As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our food service operations. Your contributions will ensure that our culinary team can focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences, whether in a restaurant, hotel, or during special events such as banquets and catering services. Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by regularly sweeping and mopping. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team during busy service periods. Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment in their designated places. Ensure that all kitchen waste is disposed of properly and assist with recycling efforts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with catering, banquet services, or hospitality settings is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
