Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Dish areas, emptying trash and mopping. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining sanitation standards by cleaning dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Ensure a steady supply of clean cookware and dishware for staff.

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, food safety and sanitation procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed. Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry, on average 30-50 lbs.
