Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward (High-Volume Restaurant)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining kitchen operations and cleanliness standards.

Compensation:

Base pay at minimum wage + tips Average total earnings: $20-$23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils Perform detailed cleaning of BBQ grills and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen Support kitchen staff during peak hours Follow all health and safety guidelines

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding position that requires working under pressure. The pace is fast, and consistency is critical during busy service periods.

Reliable, punctual, and accountable Able to handle high-pressure, high-volume work Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude Restaurant experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

Evening and weekend availability required
