This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while preparing delicious meals for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality and a willingness to learn and grow. This position schedule is great for students or those seeking a part-time job with daytime hours. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service operations. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
