Staff Restaurant Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Ensure there is enough food during meal periods for team members. Greet all team members with a smile and a warm welcome. Demonstrate personal cleanliness. Manage stock areas with good stock rotation and organisation. Follow Food Safety Policy. Follow Health & Safety policy and Safe Working Practices to maintain a safe place to work. To wash, polish and circulate all crockery, cutlery and any other working equipment needed. To clean and maintain the machinery in the plate wash area. Keep back of house and kitchens clean according to cleaning specifications and the Hygiene Plan. Assist chefs when required in kitchen duties.
