Responsibilities Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques such as chopping, mixing, or portioning is a plus. Experience working in banquet settings or catering events can be advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols within a commercial kitchen or hotel environment is desirable.
