Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dish Washer/Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by regularly cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Help with the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors. Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to customers. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and dried, restocked, and dish room is maintained at a high level. Skills Experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help colleagues as needed. Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to keep the kitchen clean and orderly. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
