Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. There is opportunity to grow in other areas of the kitchen and parts of the restaurant. Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using appropriate cleaning methods. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or organizing ingredients when needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and uphold food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for service. Keep the work area organized, stocked with cleaning supplies, and adhere to sanitation protocols at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus but not mandatory. A team-oriented attitude.
