EVENINGS, TUESDAY DAYTIME IS OPTIONAL.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dishwashers and Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are spotless and ingredients are prepped efficiently for meal service. Your enthusiasm for food, cleanliness, and teamwork will help us deliver delicious meals in a lively, fast-paced environment. Whether you're just starting out or bringing some kitchen experience, this position offers a great opportunity to grow your culinary skills and be part of a supportive team.
WAGES ARE HOURLY PLUS TIP POOL.
Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for use. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies to support meal prep. Follow food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment. Help organize storage areas by rotating stock and ensuring ingredients are stored correctly. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Experience Previous experience in food handling, dishwashing, or kitchen support roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is highly desirable. Background in food service or restaurant environments helps in understanding fast-paced kitchen dynamics. Willingness to learn about food industry standards including catering, serving, and food safety regulations. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
