Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting food service operations across various settings including restaurants, catering events, and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to cleanliness, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in food handling, kitchen operations, or restaurant service is a plus but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable culinary and hospitality experience while contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Assist with basic food handling and catering setup when required Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts Follow all sanitation procedures and safety guidelines diligently Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or culinary environments is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing, food preparation, and cleaning is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting staff members Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed Basic understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices This position provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in the hospitality industry while working in a fast-paced environment dedicated to guest satisfaction.
