Responsibilities Properly clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces, ensuring an organized workspace Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and assisting with setup and breakdown Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to sanitation guidelines Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly during service to ensure a smooth flow for guests Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and uphold high standards of hospitality Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety protocols Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts Experience with catering or banquet setups is a plus but not mandatory Familiarity with food preparation techniques such as chopping, portioning, or basic cooking is advantageous A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
