Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and be an essential part of creating a seamless dining experience! In this lively role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, supporting our culinary team to deliver exceptional food service. Your energetic approach will help maintain a hygienic environment, allowing chefs and servers to focus on their craft. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as sorting ingredients or organizing supplies when needed. Support the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas, including floors, countertops, and storage spaces. Collaborate with the culinary team during busy service times to ensure timely dish turnaround. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain cleanliness throughout service. Follow all food handling and safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment by staying energetic, motivated, and ready to assist wherever needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food service operations such as bussing or basic food handling is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience with catering, banquet settings, or hotel kitchens is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across various roles in the kitchen and dining areas.
