Kitchen Porter InPro Corporation dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, flexible benefit account, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), employee discount United States, Wisconsin, Muskego Jun 06, 2026 Description What You'll Do The Kitchen Porter will be responsible for supporting the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food prep, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to keeping the kitchen environment organized and sanitary.
Responsibilities include:
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.) Ensure ingredients are properly stored and the kitchen remains well-stocked Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and kitchen environment Assist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment during and after shifts Handle waste disposal, recycling, and stock rotation according to company standards Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly Support the culinary team with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not required Food Handler Certification preferred (required after hire) Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Why Join Inpro?
