Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients Support the catering team during events and banquets by helping with setup, serving, and clearing Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed in accordance with health and safety regulations Buss tables promptly during service to keep dining areas tidy and organized Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Follow sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards across all kitchen operations Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with food service operations, including food handling and cleaning procedures Experience working in banquet or large-scale catering settings is a plus Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation is advantageous Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Passion for hospitality and a positive attitude towards supporting a busy kitchen environment
