• Part-time, Full-time ## Job Overview Salvatore's Tomato Pies, an award winning local foods focused Italian restaurant and pizzeria is seeking an experienced Line Cook/Pizzaiolo to join our team. If you are passionate about pizza, scratch made pasta, using ingredients from local farms and producers and working in a supportive team environment, this role may be perfect for you. ## Responsibilities
• Prepare menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure that quality meets our standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in food inventory management and ordering. Collaborate with others to assist in composing creative specials. Adhere to established food safety and sanitation procedures
• ## Requirements
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
• pizza knowledge and experience is a plus. Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
