Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and prep stations are ready and organized. Maintain a clean work environment by sanitizing surfaces, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support cooking processes and ensure timely delivery of food to guests. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments, including kitchen or hotel settings. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and portioning. Familiarity with catering or banquet operations is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
