About us Pizza Carrello was founded in September of 2011. We began as a humble food cart that we built ourselves from the ground up. By 2016 we moved into 601 S. Douglas Highway, to open our first full-service restaurant. Now employing nearly 50 people, earning many awards and garnering major media attention, we proudly enter our fifteenth year of business ready to deepen our dedication to improving the quality of life for the people of our community and all who visit our wonderful town!

(Cooks must be at least 18 years of age.) About the
Position:
Pizzaiolos are the pizza makers of the pizzeria! As a Pizzaiolo, you must be comfortable with working through busy parts of your shift. Your focus will be to learn the menu and learn to efficiently and effectively working alongside your teammates to accomplish our goal of creating the best food possible for our customers. Pizzaiolos receive tips, which can increase the hourly wage by approximately $1. Starting hourly wage is $14, with opportunity for increases. Responsibilities Be a team player Attend scheduled shifts Become familiar with the menu Make food items accurately and as quickly as possible Be aware of any special requests or food allergies requested by guests Practice safe food handling Follow sanitation standards Communicate effectively with Servers, Hosts, Management, and the Kitchen crew Handle issues as they arise during the shift Read and execute tickets accurately Maintain cleanliness of the Kitchen and other work spaces throughout your shift Complete side work Wash dishes properly
