Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment. Duties Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment. Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks during peak hours. Follow food handling safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager.
