Seasonal Dishwasher - Teton Village, WY 7710 Granite Loop Road Manager, LLC The Dishwasher is responsible for helping the culinary team to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain kitchen work areas to be clean and in orderly condition. Maintain dishes, glassware, utensils and cooking equipment to be clean and organized in the correct areas. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies and monitor all chemical solution concentration. Sort and remove the trash, placing it in designated pick up areas. Keep floors and floor mats clean. Receive and stock deliveries. Polishing glassware and silverware. Maintain the storage areas clean and organize walk-in cooler. Support kitchen operations at the direction of the Executive Chef. Clear understanding of the English language (verbal and written). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimal work experience. Ability to work in hot and damp environments. Ability to respond to emergency situations to avoid endangering themselves or others. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand, up to 8 hours per shift. Flexible in schedule and willing to meet the demands of a complex operation. Time management skills.
