Pool Attendant / ServerJob Summary We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Pool Attendant/Server to join our hospitality team. This role combines poolside service, food and beverage operations, and guest relations to create an exceptional member and guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pool atmosphere. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the pool area, including furniture, umbrellas, towels, and surrounding amenities Greet members and guests warmly and assist with seating and poolside accommodations Take accurate food and beverage orders using Club Prophet POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Assist with bussing tables, food running, and light food prep as needed Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Support special events, evening functions, and club activities when required Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and clubhouse staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, country club, or hospitality experience preferred Experience using Club Prophet or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards Basic cash handling and math skills Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and professional appearance Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods Weekend, holiday, and evening availability may be required Preferred Skills Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience Bartending or beverage service knowledge Event service experience Strong teamwork and guest engagement abilities Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Fun and fast-paced work environment Opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry Join our team and help create exceptional experiences for members and guests all season long!
