Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children while their parents utilize the club amenities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the skills necessary to provide exceptional care and support. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area. Provide support to children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring inclusivity. Qualifications Experience in toddler care or early childhood education is preferred. Background in babysitting, caregiving, or childcare is Required. Familiarity with classroom settings or daycare environments is a plus. Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Experience working with children with disabilities is beneficial but not required.
