Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $19 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our residents. Be responsible for enforcing all operational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and their guests. Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the area/equipment, and notify the maintenance manager of any issues. Keep areas clean and free of debris. Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests using NFC-approved terminology.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions. Attention to detail and multitasking ability. Cleaning and organization skills must be a high priority. Position may require moving deck furniture and supplies. Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
