The Golf Shop Attendant at Torreon Golf Club is responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and service-driven experience to our members and guests. This role supports the daily operations of the golf shop and plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards expected at a private club. Primary responsibilities checking in members and guests, managing the tee sheet, processing merchandise sales, answering phone calls, assisting with tournament preparation ensuring the golf shop remains organized and presentable at all times. develop product knowledge of apparel, equipment, and club services in order to provide informed recommendations and enhance the member experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
