19 Jun 2026 Salary Details Competetive Salary Offered Job Description Description The Golf Team at Carmel Valley Ranch is looking for a Golf Shop Assistant who can assist with the day to-day check-in experience in the Golf Department. A successful Golf Shop Assistant will provide excellent customer service while booking reservations, registering golfers, and assisting the Member and Guest experience in the Golf Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Members and Guests in professional and welcoming manner.

Check-in and register golfers for play, including Members, Resort Guests, and Public players. Answer phones and make starting times, assist with tee sheet management and pacing of groups and bookings. Assist in upkeep of retail shop, including placing new merchandise on floor, and active selling of merchandise for Members and Guests. Communicate with outside services team to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service experience. Support tournament operations, Member events, and resort groups. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and computer skills Willingness to perform other tasks as directed, including cross-training, projects etc. Willing to work flexible hours as needed, some weekends and holidays Computer experience required. Proficiency in Jonas, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint preferred. Wage range of $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
