Customer service skills are essential and you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the physicality necessary for rowing a boat. You must be available three or more nights per week in order to be considered for hiring. Gondoliers start at $16.90 (Coronado minimum wage), and are eligible for tips.
