Christ Christian Mission Job Summary Christ Christian Mission is seeking warm, friendly, and dependable individuals to serve as Church Greeters and Ushers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and peaceful environment for all members and visitors. Greeters and Ushers are often the first point of contact and help set the tone for a spirit-filled worship experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude Open doors, greet attendees, and provide directions as needed Assist visitors with seating and help them feel comfortable Hand out bulletins, programs, or service materials Support orderly seating during services and special events Help manage crowd flow before, during, and after services Assist with offering collection when assigned Provide information about church services, ministries, and events Maintain a clean, orderly, and distraction-free worship environment Support pastors and leadership with any special service needs Qualifications Friendly, approachable, and respectful demeanor Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to serve and work with people from all backgrounds Ability to stay attentive and alert during services Dependable and punctual, especially for Sunday services and events No prior experience required, but hospitality or volunteer experience is a plus Preferred Skills Experience in customer service, hospitality, or volunteer roles Ability to work well in a team environment Calm and respectful presence in busy or high-energy environments Familiarity with church settings or Christian faith environment Personal Attributes Warm and welcoming spirit Servant-hearted attitude Patient and respectful with all guests Reliable and consistent attendance Strong sense of order and attentiveness
