OF DUTIES
Primary responsibilities: Assist with locating seats, ticket-taking and patron relationsProvide clear, pleasant, and courteous communication to patrons, promoters, and co-workersResolve patron complaintsAssist school children in loading/unloading in/out of buses and theatre complexMay assist in the training of volunteer usher staff
