Job Description

JOB The Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department is seeking a dedicated, highly responsible and customer service oriented individual for the position of Ice Guest Services Attendant . Ice Guest Services Attendants are responsible for interfacing with guests in order to meet or exceed guest needs with respect to facility, program or service needs. This includes providing information, implementing or carrying out preplanned programs or activities, assisting with program planning, handling cash, enforcing policies or procedures, and generally representing the department in the most quality and service-oriented manner possible. The individual in this position is responsible for providing excellent guest service; greeting guests; conducting membership, pass and pro-shop sales, monitoring on ice activities, light custodial duties; and providing information and explanation of services and programs offered by the Recreation Department. This position performs cash handling duties and conducts transactions with a computerized point-of-sale system, and also coordinates equipment needs, performs facility checks, and handles facility reservations.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Hiring Pay Range:
$20.00 - $21.25 per hour.
WORK SCHEDULE
Primary shifts for this position are typically six to eight (6-8) hours in length and generally include weekends, holidays, days, and nights between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and midnight, and a typical schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week, with additional hours as needed. Individuals in this position must be flexible in terms of availability; and may on occasion be required to work other shifts as needed, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is 'Open Until Filled'. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until suitable candidates are selected.
