Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Golf Range Attendant is responsible for maintaining the driving range and practice facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for members and guests. This role supports daily golf operations by managing range setup, ball collection, equipment upkeep, and overall presentation while delivering courteous and professional service consistent with country club standards.

Responsibilities:

Collect, wash, and restock golf balls throughout the day to ensure uninterrupted range availability Set up and maintain hitting stations, target areas, and practice tees Ensure the driving range, short game areas, and surrounding grounds are clean, orderly, and well-presented Operate and maintain range equipment, including ball pickers and washers Monitor range safety, ensuring members and guests follow posted rules and best practices Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to Golf Operations leadership Assist golf professionals, instructors, and bag staff as needed Support tournaments, clinics, lessons, and special events Provide friendly, helpful interaction with members and guests Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

Experience:

Preferred:

Experience at a golf course, grounds or outdoor work a plus

Preferred:

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership

Skills:

Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc; Occasionally lifting up to 35-40lbs; performing repetitive motions for extended periods Strong communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis

Organizational Skills:

Ability to fulfill executive directions in a timely manner; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Working in a team based environment: Working independently and as a team player
