Golf Shop Attendant

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Handle transactions accurately, including sales of golf equipment, apparel, and concessions Manage daily shop operations, including inventory control and restocking merchandise Assist with organizing and supporting golf events, tournaments, and special functions Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving conflicts or concerns with professionalism and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, carts and surrounding areas Requirements Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking or guest interactions Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly Experience in event management or coordinating group activities is a plus Conflict management skills to resolve guest issues effectively and diplomatically Working with children experience beneficial for family-oriented events or programs Background in hospitality enhances versatility in supporting various Club functions Join us at LCC to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
