Golf Shop Attendant

Overview The Biltmore Golf Course is a Donald Ross Design established in 1926 located in the heart of Coral Gables, Florida. We are a premium 18-hole resort facility with a strong membership and community that hosts 45,000 rounds annually. The Golf Shop Clerk will work closely with the Director of Golf and Head Head Golf Professional to implement golf related activities. The position requires an outgoing personality with the ability to positively interact with members and guests. Applicants also need to apply through the Human Resources Career Department via: Biltmorehotel.com Experience Required Experience in the hospitality or resort industry (Preferred) Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills Self motivated and organized Basic computer skills including Word and Excel Will train on Tournament and GHIN Management Programs Essential Responsibilities Assist the Head Golf Professional with daily tasks The opening and closing operations of the golf shop Assist Guests in making tee times Assist members and their guests with merchandise and product knowledge Assist in Tournament Operations Assist with inventory control and sales Promote the club in a positive way Enforce rules and regulations set in place by Biltmore Golf LLC.
