Direct guests to appropriate seating. Monitor theater entrances, aisles, and exits to ensure patron safety and compliance with venue policies. Provide accurate information about the performance, facilities, and emergency procedures as needed. Assist with lobby setup and breakdown under the direction of the House Manager. Remain attentive and responsive to patron needs and venue requirements throughout the event. Support crowd control and manage audience flow before, during, and after performances.
