The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent service and ensuring that our guests have everything they need during their visit. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage the collection and organization of carts throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness and accessibility. Provide information about events, services, and amenities available to guests. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary. Assist with special events, ensuring that all logistics are managed smoothly. Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest service. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with golf operations is a plus Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests of all ages. Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations gracefully.
