This energetic role involves overseeing the upkeep of the soccer fields, managing guest interactions, and ensuring that every game day runs smoothly. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for all visitors, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community engagement and active recreation. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of soccer fields to ensure they are clean, safe, and properly maintained, including turf quality and field markings. Monitor field conditions during activities, addressing any safety hazards promptly to prevent injuries. Assist guests with questions regarding field reservations, event schedules, or facility amenities, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Manage guest flow during busy periods by directing players and spectators to appropriate areas while maintaining order and safety. Handle cash transactions for field rentals or concessions with accuracy and integrity. Qualifications Previous experience in sports facilities management, event management, or hospitality is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or unruly behavior effectively. Excellent customer service and guest services skills to ensure a positive visitor experience. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels. Bilingual (English & Spanish) speaking skills are beneficial for communicating rules or safety instructions clearly.
