DESCRIPTION
Orlando Princess Nannies is hiring experienced character caregivers to provide one-on-one, immersive, princess-style childcare experiences for children in private homes, hotels, and resort settings throughout the Orlando area. This is not a group entertainment role or stage performance position. We are specifically seeking caregivers who can embody a princess or storybook character in a personal, one-on-one setting , creating calm, magical, and engaging experiences for individual children or siblings within the same family.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide 1:1 character-based childcare experiences Embody a princess or storybook character during care sessions Lead calm, structured, imaginative activities such as: Tea parties Storytime Creative arts and crafts Dress-up and imaginative play Movie time and themed activities Maintain a warm, nurturing, child-focused environment at all times Provide safe, attentive childcare while staying in character appropriately Work in private homes, hotels, and resort environments
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a one-on-one immersive childcare experience , not a group entertainment or party performance role. You will not be performing for large groups or multiple children at once. Each assignment is centered around individual attention, connection, and imaginative play with one child or siblings in the same family.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking individuals with experience in: Princess party companies (1:1 or small group experience preferred) Theme park or character-based work Theater, musical theater, or performance arts Children's entertainment or interactive childcare Imaginative play, storytelling, or early childhood engagement Ideal candidates are: Warm, patient, and naturally nurturing Comfortable staying in character in a gentle, child-centered way Confident engaging in calm, structured play (not high-energy stage performance) Professional, punctual, and reliable
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Assignments may include: Private homes Hotels and resorts Vacation and travel families This is a flexible, on-call position with varying assignments. Weekend and evening availability is highly preferred.
COMPENSATION
$25-$50 per hour depending on experience, assignment type, and role expectations.

Pay:
