Job Description

Pool Attendant Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Pool Attendant to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping facilities organized, and is willing to assist in other areas of the property as needed. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain pool towel inventory, ensuring guests have access to clean towels throughout the day. Collect, organize, and restock towels as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pool deck, including arranging lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool furniture. Regularly inspect the pool area to ensure it remains free of trash, debris, and safety hazards. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions and requests. Enforce pool rules and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to management. Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside amenities and activities. Support bar operations during busy periods by assisting with light service duties, stocking supplies, delivering items to guests, or other assigned tasks. Assist other departments as needed to ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Qualifications Previous hospitality, customer service, or pool experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
