Ideal candidates will gain hands-on experience in customer service, work in a team-oriented environment, develop strong communication skills, and have opportunities for growth and advancement. Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests. Set up pool and beach area equipment and prepare both areas for daily operations Transport and set up beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, water stations) from the venue to the public beach each morning (approximately 350 feet), and properly store equipment at the end of each shift Manage internal calendar for chair reservations in both the pool and beach areas Fold towels and set up towel and water stations Perform onsite laundry duties, including washing and folding towels in bulk Welcome guests to the pool and beach areas with professional, friendly, and engaging service Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas in both pool and beach areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas at all times Follow company policies and procedures Report directly to the Beach Manager Perform additional duties as assigned

Pool/Beach Attendant Skills Required:

Previous customer service experience preferred Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Enjoy working with the public Excellent verbal communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the

United States Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
