Job Description
We are hiring a part-time Golf Cart Rental Attendant. This position will help with the delivery process for incoming and outgoing golf cart rentals. 10-20hrs per week. Weekends as needed. Must have reliable vehicle and experience towing a trailer. Experience with golf cart maintenance a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure on time delivery of all golf cart rental orders & pick ups for assigned routes.
- Oversee quality checks for incoming and outgoing golf cart rental fleet.
- Provide excellent guest services and address any customer inquiries as needed
- Coordinate and manage light maintenance on golf carts as needed
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in managing golf carts fleet, preferably in the rental industry
- Strong knowledge of delivery area and golf cart management
- Experience in towing trailers is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues
- Previous experience in golf cart maintenance a bonus
