The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services by maintaining cleanliness and organization of carts and related equipment.
  • Greet all club members and guests upon their arrival.
  • Be attentive to their needs and offer to set their clubs up on a golf cart and assist with loading.
  • Ensure that their golf clubs are clean and ready for use.
  • Direct club members and guests to the Golf Shop so they can properly check in prior to using the club facilities.
  • Track all arrivals with a daily tee sheet provided by the golf shop.
  • Ensure that there are always clean golf carts staged for use and that all golf carts are cleaned and restocked following each use.
  • Ensure carts are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
  • Ensure that the driving range and member practice facility is in proper order and staged for use.
  • Assist with proper care and maintenance of the club parking lot, walkways, trash cans, ashtrays, bag drop, greeting station, cart building, carts and resources needed to complete your duties.
Morning and afternoon shifts will differ. Morning routine includes bringing carts around from the barn to the staging area. Stocking ice and water for the golfers as well as ice towels for the golfers. Staging balls on the range and short game area daily. The afternoon shift includes putting carts back in barn, bringing the range balls in for the evening and picking up balls on the short game area, empty ice bins, etc.
