Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Valid Florida Driver's License and PBC Risk Management Department driving history approval prior to appointment. Use the Job ID based on the Position Location as follows Location Job ID Okeeheelee Golf Course, 7715 Forest Hill Boulevard, WPB 35184 Greets golfers; books tee times; collects green and cart fees; answers the telephone; assists with tournament set up and preparation. Compiles end-of-shift reports; counts cash; uses automated Point-of-Sale (POS) and tee time reservation systems. Acts as the starter for daily play; sets up the double-ended 50-station practice facility; cleans and checks the oil/water/tires on golf carts; collects baskets of balls on the course; performs light cleaning and maintenance (e.g., vacuuming and checking restrooms).
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following: Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of six (6) months of experience in cashiering, public contact, or golf course work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include (must specify on application) : Minimum of six (6) months of previous work experience in golf course operations.
