In addition to this role, we have openings for Box Office Ticket Sellers, Food Runners, Kitchen Help and Security Gate Scanners.
Responsibilities:
Collect tickets from patrons entering the venue and ensure the validity of each ticket. Provide assistance and guidance to patrons, answering queries related to seating, facilities, and event information. Maintain order and assist in crowd control during peak times or special events to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Direct patrons to their assigned seats, ensuring a smooth and organized seating process. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, entrances, and restrooms. Effectively communicate with other staff members and supervisors to relay important information or address any issues promptly. Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist in the implementation of evacuation plans if necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact positively with patrons. Diligence in ticket verification and attention to detail to ensure accurate seating arrangements. Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate through crowds comfortably. Skill in handling challenging situations with composure and resolving conflicts diplomatically. Reliable and punctual attendance to fulfill assigned shifts and responsibilities. Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and handle unexpected situations.
