Role:
Sky Valley Club Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Golf Cart Attendant/Starter to join our team in the beautiful mountains of Dillard, GA! This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors in a fun, fast-paced golf environment where you'll be the first face players see as they kick off their round.
Responsibilities:
Greet golfers upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression at the first tee Manage tee time flow and coordinate starter duties to keep rounds moving on schedule Clean, inspect, and stage golf carts for daily use and ensure they are fully charged and ready Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment Monitor cart staging area and maintain an organized, safe cart fleet Communicate with pro shop staff regarding tee sheet updates and pace of play Enforce club rules and golf course policies in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and course operations is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts Physical ability to lift golf bags and perform light manual labor Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate golf carts
