Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for guest use Greet guests warmly, assist with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, and provide directions or information about the resort facilities Monitor golf cart usage to promote safety standards and enforce resort policies Coordinate with event management teams to support special events, tournaments, or group outings involving golf cart transportation Handle guest inquiries courteously, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of cart usage, reservations, and any incidents or maintenance needs Support hospitality services by assisting with guest services such as food delivery or event setup when needed Skills Proven experience in customer service or guest services roles within hospitality or resort settings Strong communication skills, including public speaking and conflict management abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or tips Experience working with children and managing diverse guest needs in a friendly manner Knowledge of event management principles to support group activities and special events Lifeguard experience is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response skills Background in food service or hospitality enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive guest support Embrace this dynamic opportunity to be part of a lively resort team where your enthusiasm and dedication will shine!
