Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their visit experience Manage sales transactions accurately through cash handling and point-of-sale systems Assist with retail sales of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, offering product recommendations Coordinate and support golf events, tournaments, and guest outings to ensure seamless execution Handle guest inquiries regarding course information, tee times, and amenities with professionalism Maintain shop cleanliness, organize inventory, and restock merchandise as needed Support food service operations during special events or busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction Manage conflict resolution calmly and effectively to uphold a positive environment for all visitors Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably within a resort or recreational setting Familiarity with event management and coordinating group activities or tournaments Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Experience working with children or hosting guest services in diverse environments is a plus Lifeguard experience or certification is advantageous for safety oversight during outdoor activities Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements or guiding groups during events Background in food service or theater arts can enhance guest interactions and event support skills Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest feels valued and every day brings new opportunities to share your passion for golf and hospitality!
