Lifeguards & Pool Attendants

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking Lifeguards and Pool Attendants to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. This is a responsible position that requires strong swimming skills, knowledge of first aid, and the ability to handle emergency situations.

Lifeguard Duties and Requirements:

Must be Red Cross certified with Emergency CPR certificates for Adults, Infants and Children. Monitor and supervise pool area to ensure the safety of all guest Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns Perform water rescues and administer first aid when necessary Conduct regular pool inspections to identify any hazards or maintenance needs Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment checks Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on lifeguarding techniques and protocols Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting as needed Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
